Stakeholders
There are numerous stakeholders, with which OSA comes into daily contact for its work.
These can be institutions such as the State in its centrality or in its territorial, regional and municipal articulations, or administrative, such as the National Health Service and the Local Health Authorities. They can be natural persons including the Members, the members of the statutory bodies, the Workers (whether these Members, collaborators or consultants) but also legal persons such as trade unions, employers’ associations and the cooperative system, the Patients and their families, the network of associations, partners, suppliers.
With all these realities, the Cooperative interacts through its organisational governance model while paying particular attention to listening to and detecting needs, maximum transparency and negotiability of services, mutual society and participation in social life with a view to focusing on the Patients with their families and on the operators.
