et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>PRASSI DI RIFERIMENTO UNI PDR:125<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La norma fornisce le linee guida sul sistema di gestione per la parit\u00e0 di genere che prevede l'adozione di specifici KPI <em>(Key Performances Indicator<\/em> - Indicatori chiave di prestazione) inerenti alle Politiche di parit\u00e0 di genere.<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di una certificazione volontaria per attestare la conformit\u00e0 della Cooperativa OSA ai principi di parit\u00e0 tra i generi, come l'equit\u00e0 salariale, politiche paritetiche di formazione e avanzamento di carriera, attenzione alla genitorialit\u00e0, luogo di lavoro adeguato e altri aspetti specifici.<\/p>\n<p>La PdR prevede\u00a0la misura, la rendicontazione e la valutazione dei dati relativi al genere con l\u2019obiettivo di migliorare la garanzia delle pari opportunit\u00e0<strong>,<\/strong> nonch\u00e9 incorporare il nuovo paradigma relativo alla parit\u00e0 di genere nel DNA della Cooperativa e produrre un cambiamento sostenibile e durevole nel tempo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text
